Michael Torres who goes by the moniker Myke is a Puerto Rican musician and rapper. He was born on January 15, 1994, at Rio Piedras Puerto Rico. In 2017, he changed his name from Mike Towers to Myke Towers to pay tribute to the music movement Young Kingz of which he is part of. He changed the i to a y initial letter in the name of the group. Myke Towers has been part of the underground rap scene in Puerto Rico since his adolescence publishing his first compositions as well as freestyles through his SoundCloud account. In 2014, he became famous with songs such as Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. In 2014, he gained attention for the La Nueva Droga freestyle and interpretation of Drake's original song, 0 To 100.
